If you have a look at this map - it's H7. the little island in the middle there. I think you have to be champion to unlock it though?

when driving...aim for the stadium north-west of honolulu...when you get there go to the map and look for a bridge nearby (500 metres or so to the west)...that'll take you to Ford Island

and you open it up at Expert level....but it says unlimited access at Champion Level...and i only found it at champion level so i have no idea what happens at expert level sorry
