Yes diablo youre right there was another topic about the same problem.
And as I said in that topic and I am gonna say here is that you have to try to shut down youre internet protection (for example mine is norton internet security)

You can shut it down just long enough for loading the first page so that you can click on the language and it starts to load the map and everything than you can start it up again.

Yeah I always get a black screen when I go to the TDU Official Website ... the only way for me to access it is to shut down Norton, been like that for as long as I can remember.

I've got norton and everything thing works fine. Is it just odd comps that do this.
