Hello! Ok, my friend and I are always trying to play TDU online but even when we are in the same spot we can never see each other. Even when we do happen to find each other, if we go in anywhere, open up the map, etc. we lose each other. So in conclusion.... How do you get on the same server as your friends and STAY on the same server???? p.s. If this is a very stupid question please don't insult me. oh and plus I play on 360

when ur on the MAP shift along until u get to players (3rd option) and then click x for FILTERS then go down to searches and change from all players to FRIENDS then B then find ur friedn on the map
then once u have him as a target hit A teleport to him then press left on D PAD then fidn players then find ur mate then press right on D PAD and fine LOCK then right again and it will lock ur friend ;)

welcome to the forum and TDU

firstly while driving you need to 'lock' onto your mate

so when your both in the same session hit left on the d-pad until you get the list of people in your session under the title of "Free Ride Players", then scroll down to his name and press right on the d-pad this will send a lock request to your mate which he then has to accept, I think by pushing left on the d-pad.

Unfortunately IF you go to the map you lose the lock/link ... frustrating I know but that's the way it is

kinda have the same trouble :s

when I'm racing someone, and I want to switch cars ... How do I find him back?

I can see him on the map ... but when I teleport to him, he isnt there :s

Your problem could be the following

If a person ever has N/A next to their name on the map it means you won't be able to jump to their session ... either because the session already hs 8 people, they are in a house/club/dealership etc or they are doing a mission/race

and if it doesnt have N/A next to their name they could just be travelling too fast, speeds over 190mph usually make this occur rolleyesa
