mornin all.

just got an email from game about my pre-order for the PC version telling me
that its been delayed until 2nd March? :(

can anyone confirm this? im presuming its true.

That would be great news actually, that means they are going to fix most of the bugs they find in the Open Beta.

I would rather wait 2 more months, and have a good game without major bugs.
Then a bad game with tons of issues!
so just be patient, we have already waited since March 2006, so 2 more months won't kill you... i hope?

Exactly. It needs a delay to fix the issues it has. Server performance has been better for me the last day or so, and I have met up with a lot more people in game, despite showing lower total numbers in the world - seems the matching and region systems are working better. Let us all remember that this is the first time the Servers have been exposed to reasonable volumes of real world traffic.

Overall though there are just a few more client bugs that need working out (the audio bug etc) and then hopefully it'll be out march/april time :)

Don't worry, you are not missing anything...
Yes i have the open beta, so do 25000 other people.
we are just beta testing, a lot of stuff isn't even working yet, and it's not like we have the full game.

do u live in the uk? mine that i ordered on amazon get deliver on thurs15th shiped out on wed14th
