Sorry this question is stupid, but what should i do to unlock Hardcore mode, and what is the chrismas pack includes?

Xmas Pack includes Hardcore mode, But Hardcore Mode Will NOT be Activated until the Next Patch Is Released and will only be available to Champions and Ace's
