my advice for this (if you want it) is buy the MV Augusta bike (the 45 grand one) and whack a stage 3 on it and you will breeze it, did it in about 47 minutes.

Im having real trouble doing this race without getting nicked...

My shields just build up no matter how carefull i drive and once the police are on my tail - it aint long before the road blocks get put up :(

3/4 of the way round is as far as ive got so far...

Try Using A Bike If U Havnt Tried That Yet Its Easier To Travel Down The Side :)

I just did it in a Stage 3 Enzo. I encountered one roadblock. Simply crash into the roadblock and hit "A" to quickly cycle through the sequences, you will not lose much time. I easily beat it by a minute. And this included about seven crashes. If you are wiping out, aim for a tree to stop you quickly, then do a "reset" to warp you back on the road, and punch it. Stay on the shoulder and keep your eye on the GPS which will show you the curves ahead.

S7 TT i would have thought is good, slower for the twisty bits and make up for it in the less twisty bits :)

Is that in the hour? or are you stopping when you get nicked? Cos you can keep going on the race even when you have been done by the police, and the tickets don't cost you anything mdr1

I thought the millionares challenge was class A cars only?

I tried to do it in an Audi RS4 but it said class A only.

I think that if you put a stage 3 in a gallardo it moves up to a class A, not sure tho

I absolutely agree. I thought the race was impossible to do when I was trying to complete it with McLaren or S7 Twin Turbo. But the bike, I decided to give it a whirl, and i can get away with murder on narrow crash escapes or if I have cops chasing me, I can dip between the road blocks without a problem.00

I got knicked 3 times whilst doing the race , whats the problem ? fines were free , just clicked through and carried on stage 3 tuned ZX10r in 55mins , not spectacular but I had loads of crashes due to not knowing the route

First time I did it was on untuned Kawasaki, did it in 61 mins (WAAAAARGH, cos I actually went all the way to the end because it looked like I might make it!)

Used the prize money to tune the bike, and tried again. The first bit is definitely the hardest, once you get about halfway along the northern coast the roads open up, straighten out and you can go a lot faster without as much risk of crashing.

The best strategy is to ride on the hard shoulder whenever you can on straight roads. If you get one solid (not flashing) police badge IMMEDIATELY ease off until they go away... trust me, if you don't you'll likely keep racking them up and once you get to three badges I don't think you can shake them, and you'll lose a lot more time getting run off the road and arrested than if you just be careful for 20-30 seconds.

If you have a Power Ballads CD, rip it into a radio station to motivate you mdr1

If you look on the map that came with the game you can see where the Japanese tuners and dealers are. Or just scroll around the map in 'important locations' mode and hold the cursor over each tuning shop until you see the one that does Kawasaki.

Ive done that several times(jumping off the highwawy) ...pretty much are screwed when that happens, unless you have plenty of time to spare
