All the updates are on Xbox live or somewhere else tho...and do i need to pay(whit gamerpoints)

Updates are automaticly downloaded and cost nothing....Downloads Are on The Market Place and Cost 350 MS Points

You Can get MicroSoft points from any Game Store (Not Just the Store called GAME) and also through Xbox live with a Credit Card

If you pop a Game into your Xbox and it hasnt been updated an Automatic update will be downloaded...This will be the case with Update #3 (This Will Activate Hardcore Mode) for TDU for stuff like the Car Packs (DLC's) will cost you MS Points and you will have to download them yourself....not automatically

If you want the extra cars or gamerpicture you will need them. Updated you don't. If you want hardcore mode you need them aswell becouse you need to get the christmas car pack for it.
