Hey guys and gals,
Read the other day about MS allowing developers to add another 250 points to their games if they add content. Oblivion is the first to announce this but do you think TDU may get the boost? As the progression has changed to 89% maybe hardcore mode unlocks the other 11% + 250 points. Just a guess what you guys think?

there's a quite a few games that have done this although I can only think of one which is kameo when they added co-op.

No this allows games to have 1250 Gamerscore rather than maxing out at 1000
Kameo was like 900 or 950, then when co-op came out it went to 1000. Oblivion has announced that it will add 250 points in the next update. I was thinking maybe TDU will be the same as ranking and game progression = Gamer points :D

They ahev already said that this is a bug and the 11 percent will be 110 gamerpoints not 250.

The percentage comes from the amount of gamerpoints you've got. That would be 125% with the extras adn there is only an extra 11%.

No, but Microsoft only just announced that developers can create a game with a total gamer score of 1250 rather than 1000, as long as new content is added. So maybe hardcore mode adds extra challenges which make more progress which may equal more points. But Microsoft confirmed this a bit late to the public so maybe Atari/eden was unaware also. Well not enough time to implement it.
Hoping it does add extra points as it gives us something new to play for :D

Why would hardcore mode add Challenges if you cant Use HC to do Single Player Challenges
