Minus global upgrades!?

Hi - hope someone can help with this issue. Recently, whenever I open up the game I find I have a minus figure of global upgrade credits. This is usually -72 or thereabouts. Obviously this prevents me from upgrading any buildings. Over time the upgrade credits increase, but it's rather frustrating. As soon as I quit the game I seem to lose them all again and get the minus figure next time I play it. :noooo:

I have been playing the game successfully on and off for a couple of months and it's only recently that I've discovered this problem.

Also, the longer I play the game the slower it gets. After about an hour and a half it takes several clicks with the mouse to do anything. I've started saving the game more regularly but this hasn't made any difference.

Please help!

Am having the same issue, except everytime I save and then restart i am on minus 700 or more and it takes hours just to get it back to zero. When i saved last time i had over 500 global upgrade credits. Went on the next day and had -758.

Please help, it is totally ruining the game.
