if i choose a driving aid whilst in free roam does it affect the settings in multiplayer?

Even if driving Aids is set to off itn The MP Race settings your driving aid will still be on if you have it on

If in free-ride your driving aid is set to "off" your driving aid will be "off" in multiplayer races. This is true even if the races settings say "driving aid" "sport" or "hypersport". The setting is just the maximum driving aid you can use, not the one you will necesarily be using.
