is there more than 1 pait shop? i have only discovered is the one in kahala.. near the big city...

yeah theres 3 more, one is a deluxe which is near the crater, theres one on the west coast of the island and one on the east coast near the saleen dealership, hope this helps :)

2 of the paint shops only do standard colours though....

yeah overall there are 3 normal paint shops and 1 deluxe, as far as i know?

How do you unlock the NORMAL paint shops?

I have the Delux one, but not the normal ones.

I'm Expert rank btw

just find them. They are not locked.
