unlock these motorbikes noob question

rite as i asked for the map earlier on this week i have been to every garage and still yet the motorbikes will not unlock them selves do you have to go to every tuning shop as well or is their something im missing out here

Nope, you only need to go to all the car dealerships.

Open your GPS set the filter to key loacations and car showrooms.
Ones you have been to will be white, ones you havent will be grayish.
