Is force feedback still going to be free?

If hardcore mode enhances using the MS Racing Wheel to make it more enjoyable with force feedback and makes it more realistic, what will it be like without Hardcore mode? Unenjoyable? Unrealistic?

And once we've paid for this enhancement, why do we have to play the game in an unenhanced (and therefore less realistic) mode first to a certain level before we get to unlock it?

If I'm going to pay for a feature to make an expensive peripheral work more realistically, I expect to be able to use it immediately. Is that unreasonable?

Nah, can't be bothered. It wouldn't do any good anyway. We don't even know for sure if that post from The_Mole is official anyway.

Like others here, I was rather naïvely trusting the information posted by moderators who claim to have inside knowledge of what's going on at Eden/Atari/Microsoft.

When you actually look back over what we've been told over the past 3 months, there are far too many contradictions for any of it to be taken seriously. All we ever get is a whole load of misinformation to try and placate us.

I just can't be bothered reading this stuff any more. I didn't come here for speculation, I came here for reliable information.
