hello,
i m very that test drive comes to ps2
i love this game and i will have a ps3 the 23th march (instead of a xbox360) and i would like to play at this great game (a friend let me play at his 360's version and it was great)
why there is no ferrari cars in the ps2 version ?
there is a problem with ferrari license on sony's consoles ? (gt5 will have ferrari in game)

That's wat i thought too cause all formula one games have had ferrari's and jag's etc. why now?
It has been explained to me that there is not enough room on a disc or somthin to do with ferrari ppl being snubs.

ive got some advice for you guys..
1) sell your ps2
2) buy an xbox 360
3) buy TDU on xbox 360
4) enjoy the wonders of the xbox 360 and TDU

ps3's arent going to be cool, overpriced, has a tendancy to overheat so much a few have exploded in Japan..get your hard hats out

i agree with you and also if you check out the graphic comparisons between the 360 and ps3 you will see there is hardly any difference and if anything some of the games played on the 360 look better on the ps3. so why get a ps3 when it is so expensive and the online sucks when the 360 is overall a really good console. im just sayin that you should not waste your money because the ps3 is very pricey.

I do not care about ferrari's not being on the ps2, I perfer a nice lambo anyway. As for them lowering their standards, Sorry to mention another game on here but Outrun 2 coast to coast contained loads of ferrari's.

I'm not really a Fanboy, I own, a 360, PS2, and PS3. I just don't like when people talk **** about the 360 or PS3. Fanboys piss me off. I think the best thing to do is to lock this.

Anyway, getting back to it... Not sure why Ferrari's are not in the PS2 version. Probably licensing problems or something as the only Ferrari's on the PS2 are in EA Sports games.
I think thats going to be it though - having a look around I can see it looks like Ferrari are going to be in Gran Turismo 5/HD when it comes out! :bravo: Cant wait!! Theres a few screen shots of the 599GTB running around with license info/sony copyright info in the corner of the photos so im pretty sure Ferrari will be in the game. Whether they will license the full line-up though is another matter...
Oh, and the PS2 vs Xbox 360 debate? Personally having owned both consoles.. I believe the Xbox 360 to be the superior machine... Ony because of the graphics! But then again, comparing the PS2 (prev gen) to the 360 (supposedly next gen) really does pay credit to the PS2 - what a machine!! And as said before, STILL outselling the Xbox 360 (and PS3, lol)!!
Im not going to get a PS3 yet though due to:-
1) The price
2) Gran Turismo 5/HD not being out yet.
Once both fall into line a bit more - bye bye faulty Xbox360!! Who has been more trouble than its worth (mainly because of incomplete games, lack of support from Microsoft (typical Microsoft really) and teh fact it keeps overheating and crashing every 2 secs!!)

The PS3 is being used, NOT the Xbox360. Once both machines have sorted out their teething problems then the PS3 will walk all over the Xbox - hands down!

I guess I was wrong. My bad. I wasn't thinking. lol. But on the other hand, ur comparison isn't good. I mean compare a $200-300,000 car to a $10,000 car. The PS2 is $150 and the 360 $300. Another $150 is nothing to add and get a 360. People just don't want it. They want a PS2. So, what's my point? That people take Sony over Microsoft. That's all.

No no no. They are in a different class.

True, dude, true. Of course the Ps2 is outselling the 360 being out for 7 years. But I meant that it's outselling it monthly. And they're not buying the PS2 for young children. They buy the DS for young children or the Wii. There are still games being developed for the Ps2. Like the amazing God of War 2. I mean, come on dude. i agree with you mostly, and the DB9 section bit was just to show whats better than the rest. (not that the DB9 does, dont understand me wrong its a good car but i certainly wouldnt buy it, i'd rather buy an F430 or a 575 maranello:)).

Lol...by the way the story of the exploding ps3 WAS true..due to overheating problems...im not a fanboy, i just dont think the ps3 is as good as the 360..so im very sorry for any distress caused by my uncontrollable rants..

LOL.....no. My friend brought his Xbox 360 over to my house and we were just downloading the demo for TDU and when it was done, we turned it off. It took what, about 30-40 minutes. I held it and it was HOT. NOT warm, but hot. And you won't believe how loud it was!!! I will never be able to keep a 360. My Ps3 is sooo quiet that u can't even hear it without the whole room being silent and putting ur ear by it. And it has a WAY bigger fan than the 360 which helps it cool down. And you guyz have to admit that the 360's biggest problem is the over-heating.
