Hi guys and gals.
I have a problem with the chat in TDU (game channel).
When I cruise with my mates I often fall out of the chat. Sometimes I hear some of them, but not all. They cant hear me either.
Then I have to rejoin the session. If another player then joins the server...im kicked off again sour: .The problem is often worst in the most populated areas of the island but it will do the same in the club.
Any ideas?
i get this sometimes, i think its quite funny TBH
i can usually hear everyone and they cant hear each other, so i hav to sort of be a messenger LOL

It's almost certainly a connectivity issue with a number of potential causes, not limited to:
Your NAT settings are strict
Your upstream connection is saturated
If you have a router it might have gone pear shaped so restart it and reset your modem
Your ISP has routing or contention issues
There's a connectivity/configuration problem between your modem and DSLAM/CMTS at the Exchange or cable head-end
like when i was with you yesterday and i couldn't hear oddball but you could and it sounded like you were talking to yourself

My NAT is open
My upstream should be ok, but im not a 100% here
My router and modem are still quite square :) (i restart quite often)
The last two im not sure about, but this is the only game in wich i have problems. No other issues on PC or 360. The private chat works just fine. Im sure it is only in this game i have problems. The qustion is; is it something i do anything about or is it a 100% game issue?

Next time you have problems, pop to your PC and ping www.bbc.co.uk
If you get a load of timeouts then your upstream is probably saturated.
Are you by any chance on NTL?

I think i have found the souce of the problme and just wanted to let u guys know. It looks like it was my privacy settings on the xbox that caused it. The setting were you can choose who can if you are online i changed it from "Friends only" till "All". Im not sure of the exact terms, but you know...
