I was playing the beta a lot. Sometimes on the servers there were about 1 500 players online. And that was a BIG problem to find you friend in the city cause this is where are most players. There is no global chat in game ( big mistake) and you can't lock your friend on the map. You must search it on the map and trying to connect with him, sometimes it takes 15 minutes! When you respawning your friend is near on the map but you have 8 other players online.


I was thinking about private servers etc I like to play on lan with my friends but is there gonna be lan game option? I would like to play alone without lags and others disturbing players looking for a race.

you CAN make private games in freerome mode, if you lock yourself with your friend and then both of you use the isolate command.

when tdu.fr did an interview last year with the Eden about PC version, Lan was confirmed.

I agree, even when using Voip programs to communicate during the game, getting eachother in the same session can be hard
