Sup all,

Surely the delay's are due to DirectX10 being the x360 looks good but pc will be sooo much better so a dx10 port would be the way i hope anyway :)
Flightsim X improved by at least 40+% infact double really considering before it was completely unplayable although now on 1920x1200 full noise no worries on one 8800gtx. Played and tested for 30mins wheres the guns in that game!
Combat Sim 4 asap! ?
Nway can any1 state that this game will be dx10 ready ?

If it is im buying if not im not, :mefiant:

Xbox doesnt use DX10... :(
It only utilizes a few DX10 options and nothing more...

Windows Vista is 100% DX10...IF you have a GFX card for it...
My computer sucks so I only get to use DX9.0L which is running alot faster than XP on my copmuter... :)...

When the AMD R6xx cards are released in a few weeks hopefully the price of the 8800s will take a nosedive. You can currently pick up an 8800GTS for less than 200 quid but it's definitely well worth hanging on for a while.

Vista is directX 10, but you can still install DX 9c run-time files as all the games out at the moment need them, it doesn't alter the fact the Vista is DX10

All it does is Add the files that you need to run games,

Also, although DX10 is out, there is no game out there that uses it just yet, and the only cards to utilise it is, the Nvidia 8800 and the new ATI (don't follow ATI so cant say what cards)

OMG :)...
Didnt know about that DX 9X Run Time File :)...
Gonna get them right away, and then play some games that worked Before I updated my GFX Drivers...Way to go NVidia...

BUT if I install them wouldnt they disrupt the DX 9.0L version ???

Well well i wouldnt say just release MS being MS have creamed flightsim x to work cant' see it being too dificult.
Ati's hardware wont be around till after the summer so gud luck holding of until then as for test drive i have mostly completed it on the sexbox360 and do rate the game just feel it will be a shame to not use dx10 when its been out since October/November last year!
