Dual core?

what i would like to know is, is this game going to support dual core cpu's?
that would run a lot better on my system, i got 2x 1.73 Ghz, so if it only support's one core, that wouldn't be enough,... i think.

what do you people think ?

I dont think so most of the games dont support dual core. You can play game with dual core but game doesnt use both cores.

If its an AMD CPU you have then install the AMD CPU otimiiser. It makes MOST (not all) software and games use both cores.

I had the beta on both my AMD X2 (4600+) and my Intel Core2Duo (E6600) machines here, and the game will suck up as much cpu power as it can get. I'm not sure about Steve's comment about the optimizer as I didn't think to test with and without that. I do happen to have it installed though.

On my X2 (4400+) system that doesn't have the optimizer installed I was encountering issues with my 6800GT, seemingly due to nVidia driver issues under Vista (watch out!) which prevented me from being able to really test the performance of that cpu.
