becouse Microsoft doesnt allow it. MS wants Shadowrun and a few other games to be the first cross platforum multilplayer games. Maybe TDU 2 :)

After 3 times rereading, I finally get it, I can play with PC gamers but not X360 gamers.

Because Microsoft haven't (to my knowledge) yet finalised the certification process for third party developers. Remember that Shadowrun is a Microsoft Game Studios product which means that they get to play with the technology before anyone else.

they cant program something into the game if they dont have the code, right? also my guess is that a game that has live anywhere multiplayer will have to be a vista only game, since you will have to do a completely seperate multiplayer for the windows XP.

Perhaps, as I doubt that Eden would have had the SDKs in time to support Live even if they wanted to. Bottom line is that Microsoft do not yet allow it. Please read my post.
