Picture upload dnt understand!

I heard a rumor that the picture upload is up and working, but I cant get it working!

Is it true that its working?

If it is true, how do I do it?

I honestly doubt it.... I haven't heard this rumour yet....

normally it was supposed to be up^loaded to the TDU website, but I've just checked and haven't found anything new.

If you view an photo at your home it says press Y to upload... but... still isn't working.
