It is a sequential shifters, not a gated or "H" shifter like the g25 has.

And it doesn't have 900° turning radius. Ti me it looks like G25 has better quality, although I have some Thrustmaster components and they are very well made too. Don't know what's his price, but if it's not at least 30-40% cheaper I don't think it's good alternative.

yes its much much cheaper even more then 50%.

I'll buy the RGT...it cost ONLY 100€...and i don't mind the 900°...it's useless...

I understand your point of view and concerning the price, it's a great wheel, but saying that 900° radius is useless is pretty much a nonsense. I'm used to a real wheel turing radius and I was always rather unhappy with those 180-360° formula wheels.

This is mine 7th wheel (I've bought my first wheel 9 years ago) and the first one that I'm totaly satisfied with.

If I were you, I would buy a G25,

If I were me, I wouldn't because I already have one =)

well, i am me, and i WANT the G25 but my pockets are, like the head of britney spears and all other popstars, EMPTY! (almost, my sister owe me what is the eqivalent of 135£, but shes saying that im only gonna get 90£, for some reason :mefiant: )

you must tell that to your mum and dad :P

you must not save money for a wheel.

You get a gated shifter with your G25 (if you buy an Act-Labs, you need some pounds too).

And sequential isn't the same as gearbox.

btw: I never use clutch with sequential gearbox.
I always use clutchs with H-shifter.

G25 w/ TDU is much more fun than that other thing.

*EDIT* woops...sry i meant
to my mind, the 900° isn't very useful...i think you won't often use the 900°...i think 270° is enough...
and er...sry for my very bad english :(

my mum & dad think computergames are stupid,
and they would NEVER buy a wheel for me... especially the G25 because of the price... they would just say "noo, you would never use it, so why waste money on it?" stupid #%¤&

what the hell do you do with your wheels? seriously I thought I was an abusive owner and I destroyed only 3 through wear and tear in the last 8 years, atm at #4.

My G25 just arrived today, and it is very nice. I have actually never owned another wheel so haven't much to compare it with, but still. The only thing I notice right from the start is that the paddle shifters seem a little flimsy. They seem like with a lot of use that they won't always spring back after a shift.

i also read that the spokes on the wheel are sharp, and you can cut your thumbs on 'em?

I haven't destroyed any of my wheels. My first 4 wheels were connected via audio card and those wheels, for some reason, started twitching in the center position after a year or two. I even changed potmeter on one of them. The quality in those days were very poor. Last three were connected via USB and none of them had that problem. I've changed them just to get better options (first of them didn't have FF, second one was great, but I wanted G25, so I bought one).

destroy is too strong of a word. I meant to brake or ruin it through age, wear and tear.

The fact is that I play only racing/driving games. One or two fps per year with WW2 theme and that's it.

mine neither...

But I was talking about your sister who doesn't want to give you YOUR cash back...

ah well, I'm getting TDU soon, and I think you'll make a misbuy if you go for the clutchthing-thing instead of the G25.

I have a g25 myself & is very impressed with it. One down side is how big it is and how many wires come out of it !

Apart from that its 10/10

Big=better!

look at the MOMO;

The G25, is almost a real wheel =)

Does 900° work on tdu or is it only 240°(?) ??

It's what you set it to in the controls in windows. Most people, including myself, have found 900° to be too much in TDU. I think I'm at about 380° these days, which I have been using for a couple weeks.

i own the rgt but not the clutch version tho and tobe honest guys it fell apart
within a month (it even arrived with the center badge unglued and lose in the box)the plastic in the finger shifters touching the switch both snapped
and then the ff starting making a horrid noise when it kicked in seeing as id already voided the warrenty by fixing the shifters by reinforcing the broken plastic with some thick foil and glue i toke it fully apart having to snap some
joining thing while doing it because it would not come apart otherwise
i found the source of the horrid noise 1 of the bars with the big white clogs on
controlling the force feedback had come lose because all the plastic holding it in place and snapped away so i put it back in place then got a wood screw from the tool box and used it wedge the bar in place(do i get a bodgers award or wot mdr1 )overall the wheel did feel ok actully when it was working
but since the g25 came what can i say its amazing the ff feels alot more forcefull and doesnt feel like its about to full apart in my hands anytime soon 10sur10 ........... :nono: 9/10 one thing it does need is more wheel buttons
reaching around the gear nob to hit the red buttons is a pain in the butt

I have really only owned Logi wheels starting with the Logi Force(saw one the other day and had fond memories of Gran Turismo)then moving up (Logitech Driving Force, Driving Force Pro, G25) I will say that each wheel has added more. Even the DFP while an awesome wheel has nothing on the G25(IF you cant afford a G25 the DFP is the ONLY other choice AFAIC)I would say the big diff between my previous DFP and the G25(outside of price and construction/quality)was the gain in precision(I ONLY run 900 with this wheel)and the reason I only run 900 is because this is the first wheel I have ever owned that PROPERLY returns to centre like a real wheel should(as In you can let it slide between your hands)
IF you can afford it, it is the best bang for the buck because anything "better" will cost you twice the price(Act Labs, etc)Now granted I have been a Sim Racer for many years so for me it is an essential, so to me it was worth every penny(or Kroner in my case...)
