Test Drive PSP to be MOOR?

Hey just wanted clarification on the online experience of the Test Drive for PSP. Does anyone whether it will feature massively open online racing like the 360 version. Where you can just drive around the island aimlessly and see other players online driving around too and maybe challenge them to a race by flashing headlights or something? Instead of going into a game loby where you have to wait an match up with players.

According to the PSP version website it's 4 player internet play via your wi-fi hotspot or local wireless play :)

I asked The Mole about this in February & here's the reply I got
"The multiplayer supports free roaming in the exact same way as on the 360, with freeride, multiplayer sessions, instant challenges etc."
But I have a suspicion that this might be 4 player only as stated by another person above. So It looks to be the same as XBox 360 version , Best thing to do is message The Mole & ask him politely if he can enlighten you .
