If the copy you purchased wasn't sealed, please take it back to your retailer and ask for a sealed copy.

If the copy was sealed, please email your local Atari tech support department, contact details can be found in the contact page of your Atari website.

Please do NOT email Atari UK (uk.support@atari.com) if you aren't based in the UK or the Nordics.

If you have bought a manufactured (physical) copy (not a digital copy) and you are prompted to activate the game before it is launched and if the activation doesn’t work, then it may mean you have installed a previous version of TDU (beta testing), and the paul.dll is still in your TestDriveUnlimited directory. Deleting this file will fix your problem.
