Not to sure but i doubt it found this in the read me

Please note that rumble may not be present on some of these devices, such as the Saitek P2600 or Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, due to these devices not supporting Immersion’s I-FORCE SDK

I managed to get the rumble working. :)

These drivers did the trick. Though the rumble force isn't very strong, but atleast there's some vibration when driving offroad.

Bad news is the game isn't working anymore because of save game freeze bug. :atari:
