BUG: Cant ear any sound after i change crafiks settings

hi, i was running TDU on windows vista , cause i allways had this prob with sound on windows XP , also have the grafikal problem , the grafiks show all broken and with alots of bugs... i had to leave windows vista cause sudently the game turned into a FPS eater and i cant play with that fps . so i instaled the game once again on windows XP , i uninstaled the other game i had , deleted save games , and deleted also the game folder ( C:\Program Files\Atari ), everything was running fine untill i restarted the game, when i launched the game again , i had no sound at all , and grafiks were all messed up... ( it on happens because the game after load the TDU servers has a Refresh during the menu, cause i changed the resolution to 1280x1024...) any fix for this?! i dont wanna play with a f4g Resolution and no AA... tell me something to solve that shity bug...

Restart the game. If that doesn't fix it, restart again - and again :).

Granted, the source of your problem (and the solution) might be different from mine, but I've lost sound a few times (as well as just had the volume suddenly dropping significantly), and just like with the graphical corruptions I get after changing settings, restarting the game once or twice (or three times if it's really persistent) has fixed it.

Because it's a buggy piece of **** - albeit in my opinion, an immensely entertaining piece of **** :).
Read some of all the other bug reports in this forum - it seems like an assortment of small and large technical issues hit people, often with no obvious rhyme and reason.

yeah ive been searching, hoping to find an answer too... :P dude , something that rly pisses me off is that Windows Vista , it was running just fine some days ago , now i cant play TDU on it... already tried all kinds of drivers for my 7800GT but my FPS are damn messed up right now... and now XP... no comments about it... XP must be the worst OS ever made...
