WTF happened to my game... [Archive]

Ive been trying to fix my sound problem so i restarted the game a few times , now when i joined my online game , my char was diffrent , my profile was on EXPERT ( i was PRO still ) my news show lots of things including CLUB RACES that i woned.. my statistcs says i bought -211165464 cars and so on.............. wtf is this ?! now this is enought.... i want a developer to talk with me please... this game is unplayeble

I have to admit im a little fed up with this. sometimes I can login to find a weird developer car in my garage ( wtf) with test drive logos strewn all over it, or I find my achievements are all screwed up. When I got the game ive had a consistently aggravating securom error pop up EVERY time I play. I have to reset the PIO/DMA settings for the motherboards secondary IDE controller just to get the game to boot. Now I don't blame Atari for that too much, ( heck its securom ) but the fact is that after 3/4 days of play, I end up having to uninstall and reinstall the game because it crashes on me.

I don't mind coping with teething problem's. theyre always evident with new games, but hey Atari! pleeease can you maybe let us know what is happening about some of these issues. I can appreciate its a busy time, we all know its a great game when it works, all we would like is a little reassurance that eden and atari know we are having problems and are working to resolve them as soon as possible. THAT is all that I would like.

Was gonna ask as well, am I committing an illegal act if I used a no-dvd file for the game? I dont want my account to be banned, but I sure as hell hate faffing around with my mobo settings for forty minutes just so I can play 10 minutes before it crashes lol.
