'Kay I was driving with this dude a few minutes ago, was really fun, but neither of us as a microphone so communicating with the messages is really boring. So I thought why not make a simple horn code like :

1 horn : go first!
2 horns : no you go first!
3 horns : LOL (cuz you just crashed into something and you're all happy about it tonguegre )
4 horns : gotta go!

And so on...just throw in some ideas if you have any ^^!

I always did the fulltime whistle to show when I was leaving as that means well times up !

You know 2 medium blasts followed by a long one ....horn blast that is.

everybody should know that.. when racing from the lights or something similar.. the main strip.. 3 horns are like starting lights. 1.. get ready.. 2.. rev it like crazy.. 3..GO GO GO! lol. annoying when your trying to race people and they have no idea when to go.

Nice idea, but with the Racing Wheel there's no horn, so not everybody would be able to partake.

ive got one, just dont use it. can still play the game though.. is the game only meant to be played if you use a mic then??? hmmmm..

I wish I was kidding you, but no, the horn in TDU is mapped to a button that the MS Racing Wheel simply doesn't have.

Even if it doesn't have any influence on the way you drive, not mapping a horn button on a wheel seems odd to me!

Thing is with the mic, I'm not a big talker so I never know what to say and then it feels awkward ^^

same here, people juyst talk about random stuff, but i like to concentrate on the driving!

exactly! heyy W16, i wont be on TDU for a while.. its been sent away for an operation. :cry: lol. but we gta cruise when i get it back!! and btw.. im on $43mil now thanx for startin me off when i needed it! ..goin slightly off topic..care..

they did for me, its really quiet compared to my last one but its started crashing a bit now

I think my second xbox is a new one two. Not less noisy though...I had 3 red lights once 2 weeks ago, but since then it's running well again.
