overclocked only...
the temp is about 54š idle and 60š load...
another games with use more of capacity (Oblivion) donīt have artifacts...
=/
All we know then is that this game is bugged and it isn't your fault at all, sorry can't help, but try the stock speeds or downclock even, just to see if it works tonguegre

Definately looks like hardware trouble. I would actually suspect the memory. If stock clocks don't help, you could try running a stress-tester like the ATItool artifact tester (yes, it works for nVidia too). If that gives you trouble on stock clocks, I'm afraid it's time to pay a visit to your friendly retailer in regards to the warranty... ;)

nvidia also has its own stability software, its build into nTune which you can download from nVidia.

Ive also overclocked my card (Go 6800). I also got this problem just after i had downloaded the old ForceWare 94.20, so i thought it must be something with the driver but it wasn't. I changed the AA to none and then changed it back to 4x and then it was just fine. So i suggest you try that just in case.
This is for sure a bug in the game.
There is just way to many people having this exact same problem for it to be hardware related. (Me included)
And I play just about every game that comes out on the market and ive not had any issues at all with the most recent games, except this. And that includes far more graphics demanding games like Supreme Commander.
So that these things should be faulty hardware is just rubbish.

Not entirely sure if this is relevant or not, however ive had a few problems and whereas you could put done a whole load of issues down to teething problems of the game , at the same time this has happened to me with Counterstrike : Source too. Although my screens dont actually look like yours do, when my game crashes it will before anything is loaded (after login ) ( Nvidia 6800GS's in SLi and single ) however im not a computer genious but i know when i manage to kill the TDU process and theres a " nv4xxxx.dll has shut down unexpectadly " sort of error and my desktop looks like something off windows 95 without drivers installed... then i know something has gone wrong, also backdating your drivers doesnt work i dont think as the .dll#s are tucked away in the windows directory ( unless you delete them ) might not be the same problem but its something to think about i guess. :)
I fixed the bugs I had yesterday.
I uninstaleld the game, deleted the TDU folder from My Documents, and also deleted the TDU folder from My Documents/Default User/Application Data.
This of course also deleted my career but anyway.
Did al lthis, rebooted, reinstaleld the game and it runs just fine, the overview of races when in the map works again and no graphical errors.
So this defenitly is a bug with the game and not hardware related.
Idont know how u guys can play and see other player if the game says that the server unavailable.
If I choose the online profile it connects to gamespy - connected
then it connects to testdrive server - failed " please check your network status and try again" ....... sour:
