Only me Chaz,
This game is lacking in everything, theres no changing of clothes, no Ferraris or bikes. I think Atari is asking 4 it, the graphics are rubbish.
What was the point?

I totally agree. They have taken all the cool parts of the game, and thrown them away!

Well, yes and no. I think that it is a bit boring that you are wearing the same clothes all the time, but of course, it is the cars that are most important :)
But what do you think about the sound? That disappointed me a little bit too.

To be honest i have already played this game than i ever have with Need For Speed Carbon... which i got Christmas ...
Sounds are fine
There's plenty of cars
I miss bikes but i can live with that
Graphics are good
No changing clothes doesnt bother me one bit
Only thing that bothers me is the Racer Ai...

The graphics in Carbon are better than Test Drive. And the sound are totally rubbish compared to Carbon. But after a couple of hours playing Test Drive Im getting used to it.

You should be happy, there are already around 60 cars in the game, even from brands I didn't know they exist!
The island is H.U.G.E, without loading times while driving on it. This really asks a lot of the ps2, and I'm afraid it just can't handle any more. If you want more game options, there have to come loading times for different zones on the island, or you just have it on a pc, xbox 360 or ps3.

yeah the sound is not real of the cars
i thing a lots of cars have the same sound
and in my opinian the sound sucks
The game is great, my only major gripe is the lack of cars, but in all I don't care. I am enjoying playing the game cursing in my lambo, windows down driving in the sunset.
this sucks i bought it just for the bikes and the big collection of cars, well on the ps2 there's no bikes no **** well i should get a ps3 or something? does it have all the features on the ps3 ?

yeah i have the 360 version it's because the disk capacity is too small. And i think Ferrari only signed a contract for the 360.

they wont make TDU for the PS3 why dont you go for the 360 it has everything.

I agree with you but if you have the 360 theres over a 130 cars and bike and a 80 houses plus you can get the upgrade pack on the xbox live market place and buy the packs (theres over 20 cars from them now) they come out every month.

Well the Xbox360 is more powerful than the PS2, so thats why there is more, also this game was done by a different developer. That might be the case why ferrari and the some of the other car where omitted from the game.

I Bought a Ps3 Yesterday aint as good as i expected it 2b :( Fame Rate Aint As Good As The Xbox360 i hope ey bring test drive out 4 the ps3.

The moaners and whiners really, REALLY ***** me up. Is reading foreign to you all? I mean, do you just 'blindly' buy a game because of what you have heard? Talk about guillible ... seriously, you 'blame' Atari and Melbourne House for things you WOULD HAVE KNOWN had you taken the time to read. READ. The game is awesome and it about driving, not racing totally tricked out turds about, drifting and unlocking parts of the game. THE ENTIRE ISLAND is unlocked when you start!
You all really need to pay attention in class than trying to beat a video game. And when you buy a game, you should research it FIRST or rent it.
The only fools are the clowns who buy things without research. You deserve to get PWND ...
