When i started the game yesterday i had some poor framerate ( about 5~10 ) and half the textures where missing , game was stuttering etc. Be patient and just go to your options menu and change a setting that requires the video to be re-rendered ( like turning HDR off ) after the screen blinks then it should be more stable ( you can just click no and revert back to HDR without the lag after this) Hope it helps someone :)
