Hi i had the exact same problem at the start i tried creating new email etc but the problem was to do with the cookies being disabled enable cookies 4 all sites and that solved my problem give it ago and see what happens but now when i go online it says server unavailable but i can see peps driving around and i can chat to them and they chat back so im abit confused as to what the server unavailbe really means , But honestly i think your problem is to do with the cookies being disabled it was the problem 4 me hope that helps u

ok ill try to make it clearer go to control panel / internet options go to privacy and theres a wee bar drag it right to the bottom turn off the pop up blocker then go to your email inbox where u recieved a email about registering click on the link in the email to vertifie the email address and thats it i had the same problem as you when i didnt allow the cookies but when u drag that bar down and go back and clcik the link in the email it fixed my problem if that doesnt work then im sorry i cant help u anymore im not to computer literate im new to all this stuff to goodluck bud
