Where to upgrade the Ferrari?

Please tell me where to upgrade the Ferrari? Spent 2 days looking... :rolleyes:

Forza tuner at SE of island

The shop is called Forza tuner. It's located north-east of european specialist and VW dealer.
Imagine ur just coming out of the VW dealer or european specialist. Turn left on the road (going north), then take the first left and cross the bridge, after crossing the bridge turn left, then the first right, the first right again, and the first left. This shop tunes all italian (tunable) vehicles.

If you don't know where the VW dealer and european specialist are, look in the bottom right corner of the island, there is a little peninsula sticking out southwards. If u look at the west coast of that, then draw a line from there and directly north you'll reach a road that loops around and there's a patch of sand at the top of the loop. Forza tuner is in the middle of that loop.
