View Full Version : online multiplayer races (not drive-ins)

Dotted around the island online are multiplayer race lobbies (shown in red on the map, as opposed to blue for single player single race & green for single player race series). I have yet to find anyone in any of these yet, or have anyone come to one when I am hosting. These are events & each specific to a single track & type i.e. race speed or time (like regular races) rather than places where any track or eveent type can be picked (like drive-in races) & appear as not completed when you toggle that filter on in the menu. I'm dieing to know what happens when one of these is completed with other online players. i.e. does it become 'done' like the single player races?

If anyone's up for it I'd like to arrange a met at one of these to try the race & see what happens at the end.

Any volunteers?

We'll need to arrange something here as there are about 30 lobbies across the island & no chat to arrange a meet while in TDU itself. Also I only have one ethernet port on my router so cannot have pc & ps2 running together :(

well I should be on from about 4.30pm GMT to about 5.30pm ish tonight if your about. I understanding meeting up with people can sometimes be hard, but if u see me... beep me 3 times or something... username on here same as in the game

thanks for coming & trying this w me guys. didn't do what i thought it might i.e. mark that particular event as being done. looks like all the individual multiplayer events dotted around are just relics from the 360 version which have now been superceded by the drive-ins on our version where u can choose any race (which i don't think the xbox has). see u on the island again sometime. :)
