I have been reading the pc forums about people with problems connecting to the server. my internet connection is fine and i have tried everything else such as re-installeing the game as people suggested etc. the only thing i hav'nt done is all all ports on my router. how do i go about opening all ports on my router or firewall or anti-virus etc.?

hey I figured out the problem you have to make a new profile and if you have more than one gamespy id you should use the other account if you have more than one if not go make one mdr1 mdr1 on gamespy and then create a new profile using the new gamespy ID hope that helps

Dude, I'm real glad you had it working for a few miles of gameplay, honestly i am. I tried what you suggested early on in my cares but nada. No change. ZIP. You know what? I've actually moved on now. I ain't buyin' no more ATARI unfinished glorified beta testering tat. I will never play TDU again. In fact i didn't like it's early incarnations either. Hasn't really moved on. I'm sticking with LIVE FOR SPEED. Long live LIVE FOR SPEED. Invest your money in this dev! Forget the so called 'virtual gaming world of buying silly houses and looking at very poor animation and those terribly low quality characters'. IT SUX. Down with putrid READ ME's on PORT SETTINGS AND ALL THAT JAZZ.

I'm outta here like I stole sumthin'. Yeah c'ya out there!!!

If you guys still can't get online then it may be your internet connection. Have any of you tried another way to get online?
