View Full Version : Honolulu Airport... MADE IT!!! (w a little help)

Got into the airport @ last, with a boot up the backside from TWIST (tyvm buddy). Got in @ the dead end road in the SE corner of the airport (same as the 360 version) but used the bush on the left, rather than the one on the right. If you drive @ it u can get urself stuck on it angled upwards, front wheels up in the air, u just need a willing volunteer to ram you from behind & hey presto. Only prob is that as you need two to do it the 2nd person can't then follow you in.

I've got photos but as my camera is in 1024x768 they're too big to post here - unless some1's got a suggestion...?

Job done mate (nx time I see u, @ least). Not much to see or do thou' - runways are dirt, not tarmac like 360 version so no chance of testing top speed there, & no planes taking off either...

wasn't doing any speed - was stationary when TWIST rammed me. Been back just now to try on my own & couldn't even get my front wheels on the bush any more... maybe it was just a fluke :hin:

There is a jump over the fence into the airport. I watched somebody do it by accident 2 nights ago. You need a fast and light car (the McLaren worked for me) and on average about 5 attempts or so to get in. If anybody is interested, I'll make some photos and post them. (However, as somebody said before, it's not really worth it. Sitting planes and nothing but dirt roads.)

yep thats how i got in also. you need to hit the barrier at the right angle at high speed and you will be launched into the airport. As reported it's not that special, it's all gravel

I am no longer playing this game because my saved data got corrupted and i cant be botherd to do it all again. Plus i also brought a ps3 mdr1

Nah, just post them on the forum mate, there is no reason why it would be considered as a cheat, if Atari didn't want you to go in there, they would have made it impossible. :atari:

about 110km/h should get you over the fence every time, as long as you hit the flowers and not the wall :)

Try the race track a the corner at the end of the strait, try and hit it at 120.

I can get there from the airport highway just go to the place where its like a place to drop off people like place start from there and go fast as u can until u go up the high way alittle and ram or hit the side of the high way and u start flying to the airport. also u can go through the building that ur second photo is showing.
