cant find a tuner for any of the bikes or for my lotus im at pro level and have unlocked quite a bit what races/missions do i need to do or is it somwhere i havent driven yet ?

can someone give me grid refs for these please

It's on the map that came with the game, man.

The bikes are tuned based on whatever region they're from (so Kawasaki at the Japanese tuners, par example), and the Lotus is tuned at the British tuners.

well thanks for that that helps in absolutley no way at all im aware its probably on the map but i cant see it ingame can only see the ford tuners and the one for the ferrari anyone with some constructive help >??

you have to drive past them for them to show on the in-game map.

just look at the road on the paper map and drive there...

I'm fairly certain I had my Esprit tuned at the orange #2 on the map. Since you've not said what kind of bike you've got and I can't read your mind you can try and figure that out for yourself maybe?
