well i honestly can afford a shirt and i dont need people giving me free stuff with atari on it. i dont care about freebies from atari. the only thing i care about is they are not able to make alot of money from me.
thats y i downloaded test drive unlimited for the pc. maybe atari should consider giving the next test drive away as a freebie or the many download packs we have had. after all thier isnt any bugs that never get fixed and our monthly download packs are amazing rolleyesa we get them every month!!

Okay that's just stupid, you just confessed you downloaded TDU illegally rather than paying for it. But the stupid thing id you confessed to the people that make the game. Press charges please :D You have got his IP you can find his location muhahahaha.
Well if hes that dumb to post hes downloaded it hes probably but his address in too.
If something is free its always good even if it is promotional you can't complain at it. But this isn't promotional because they are giving it to forum loving junkies that don't see daylight :D
I think its a bit of good will Atari doing this good for mistakes they have done previously to show that they still care about avid forum users and hopefully they are changing to cleaner direction with the next game :)

Yes, I was stating the obvious. The obvious is what you seemed to have missed in your post though; I was "enlightening" you on your misconception that the customer service team of Atari are involved in the making of the game.

Yes it is a t-shirt, but the people's responses aren't. They are the ones causing issues to these simple "giveaway" threads. This is probably why we don't get much for free these days ;)
Its also nice to see Diablo keeping a serious grip on things because I think without these serious posts between every 5-10 posts about how "Atari Sucks" and the like the forum just wouldn't be running any more. This is a fan forum tbh and if your not a fan your going to stand out, its simple.

hello tenebra, diablo and face plant. i am sorry if for the message that have been written using my username. my brother thinks its funny to do things like this(i have automatic log in on) i dont care if atari is giving away t shirts i think it would be cool to have one but would be worried about a mailing list. anyway im sorry if you were offended or anything.
i can tell you now i like the game despite a few bugs and have pre order my psp game (check other forums i wrote thanks for the code taking £7 off on play.com) and i wouldnt write anything like that on this and my game tag is demet18 and i dont want to have a bad reputation for anything i havent done.

You sir are an idiot. Why bother posting this at all? If you dont want a free T then dont reply...you have just confessed to a game manufacturer that you have illegally downloaded their product. I hope they come down on you like a ton of bricks.
I think TDU is 10sur10 and praise Atari for what they have achieved with it. This is a one of a kind game and thoroughly enjoyable even though its not perfect.

i know i would but i log into loads of forums; gta iv (what a trailer) lamborghini, ferrari and porsche. i also log into facebook and myspace plus my email and i can never be botherd to type my password in.

Since The Mole obviously works for Atari or even Eden and you browse these forums, how about highlighting the fact that there appear to be a lot of angry customers out their to the manager of the customer services deparment. And that a small post from an official employee at least saying whether or not you're working on a patch would go a long way to calming people down?
I know that there are people playing without problems, I suspect however they're not trying to do as many online races as those with problems.
If we don't see some offical word in the next few days or even week then we can assume that Atari/Eden are not working on a patch and the game will stay as is indefinately.
I did read some of the above posts but most of them seem to be petty arguing about whether or not people should/shouldn't wear a free T-Shirt. I know 30 free T-Shirts is unlikely to improve the mood of those people experiencing massive problems with the game.
