hi i was wondering if you need a account like xbox to play people on live. im getting the game tomorow and i think it would be great online but i dnt know if you need to pay again

You dont need to pay because theres no online system like "LIVE" on the 360 especially for the PSP. All PSP games are free to play online...

To play online you need to pay at XBOX but PS keeps it cool and let's it free. :P
So the game is free to play online.
