can you play your own mp3's in test drive

i heard a rumor you can play your own mp3 tracks in the game. anyone know how to do it?

there is not that kind of thing on the game but you can download homebrew not sure though and you can plug in your mp3's to psp but you might aswell just listen to your mp3 player while playing it
