Recommendation: Being able to exit out!

Today I got stuck in the game during an instant challenge. The camera was hovering above us, saying "Waiting for players (2/2)" and didn't do anything else. Both of us were able to honk at each other and chat. Obviously, it was a bug, so, hey, let's pause and quit the race! No can do! Had to completely shut down the game to get out, as it wouldn't let me open a pause menu, since the game was technically stuck in a loading session.

i've had the exact same thing happen to me three times. Its very annoying, as either you have to quit the game, or wait for the other guy to quit.

oh, and i have had a similar-but-worse experience ontop of that...


...yes, 3-player instant challenge complete with WAITING FOR 3/2
and it was stuck like that with the 3rd player able to drive around and me and the guy i was MEANT to be racing stuck on the start line.

Well I know HOW to get out of it, but its not a ideal solution. Just Alt+Tab and you will break the connection
