Cars' Price

Hi. I have found on www.gamefaqs.com a car list with prices. The problem is that some cars are cheaper than in my version. For example, in my game version the Ferrari F430 is 1 500 000 $ instead of 150 000 $... Is it a normal thing? I'm not too far in completing the game, and I'm not sure if I have to do some things to make those cars cheaper.

also get the TDU Trader app from my sig for all the prices icluding cost to tune etc..
