Seriously Charlotte, does there really have to be an club were we pack people up because of their sexual beliefs ? Nah.. In my club i wouldnt care **** if the person is gay, lesbian or whatever.. Everyone is welcome and we drive cars around this island havin fun together, thats all.

Whats the difference between setting up a club for gay and trangendered people to say setting up a club for people from south africa, or france, or a club for the female players?
The whole point of these clubs is getting people together and I for one are very interested in meeting and making friends with other players out there who I can relate too.

I've set the club up, its called Charlies, and its for LGBT people and friends

personally i dont underatand why people are taking the (ahem) out of charlotte for, she has asked for members and all the replys have been to a negative responce.
surely you people have got better things to do, rather than take the (ahem) out of someone who has a different life style.

The difference it that setting up a club for a particular nation is that your are more likely to be in the same time-zone and thus be online at the same time. Also language might be an issue.
Personally I have no problems with gays, lesbians etc. My wife works with quite a few and they're all nice people. But I don't see why they think they require a club only for themselves, I'd race with and against them.
I think it's more sad that you believe that you have to segregate yourselves from the wider community, I'd also think the same about people who set up all male or all female group. Setting up a club solely location/langauge/time-zone I understand, setting one up solely based on gender or sexual preferrence I never will.

well said! now i don't have a go at the Mods here they do a fine job but lets see if they jump on bigotry as much as they do on swearing! i for one am calling for Maestr0 to be banned and not just a week one either! theres no need for this type of abuse! come on Mole or tenebra or understudy lets stop this now :atari:

While I personally have no interest in joining your club, I suggest that you continue to run it and hope you find some members to hang out with. TDU is a great game (even better after a patch, eh ATARI? :wink: ), find some people to hang out an cruise with and its even better!

Maybe we ought to arrange a set time and go from there, that way we can get it all sorted out.
