Tired of this

right first if this patch was important to them it would be out by now, instead we are still hanging on with bugs that are seriously annoying people (i would like to use a swear word then but nvm)

ive had the game 4 days and this is what ive encountered.

sound bugs,
graphical bugs
friends list bugs
the profile corruption bug
bsod
freezing
server bugs
and various others

i think i am totally tired of it now and i guess all the people who hav e played it alot longer are, in 4 days ive had to make a new game like 5 times, and each time somethings going wrong, the latest one really annoyted me, after going to all the garages and then bike shop and doing the car delivery i then noticed that yes i can see people on the server but it says my servers are offline and also it will not let me find friends or nothing, so i only could view players and drive side by side but all the other server options gone

i feel so let down in this game im guessing you do too, this game is a awesome game except for the bugs, this is a bit like EAgames they release games bugged to hell then patch them up, but the difference between them and atari/eden is EA do it asap and it seems atari/eden are dragging their heals alot!.

What makes it worse is people buy this game for enjoyment and it seems all we are getting is stress at the moment. in 4 days ive nearly put my fist thru the monitor like 10 times over this game lol never been so frustrated in my life.

all peoples opinions are welcome.

even so on a new game shudnt be like this! i even tryed phoning atari in uk yesterday, guess what.. Even their phone line was broke ffs!

if you read through the forums for a lot of us the game runs fine as it does here,it runs lovley,no save corruption(and i have 5 of them)online lag is so small i wouldn't even talk about it,they are working on the problems but give them time there so many pc combinations out there it won't be done in just a week or so,they are nearly there give em a break :)

thing is mine should run fine my pc isnt exactly a dinosaur. the main concern is why wasnt these bugs noticed during beta? as alot are experiencing them. Atari needs new beta testers :P

the patch should fix your problems as your pc isn't that old have you looked through the forum there are some good tweaking guides and tools :)

taken a look dude been looking at that program that geezer made with tweakin n stuff n the save protection but as i havent seena comment frmo the mole yet i havent dared try

as i said my pc isnt bad only thing that could be upgraded is my ram atm i currently have

so its not a bad rig got my gfx on High with x4 AA, the gfx n sound problems have fixed themselves now the server bsod and freezing hasnt its annoying to be honest :S

your pc is fine your just one of the unlucky ones with the glitches and problems,but once they are sorted for you the game is worth the wait,it's probably best you don't go to far in the game because the patch won't fix already corupted save games,even tho i'm having no probs with it i've put it on the back shelf for now cos i'll start again once the patch is out

yeah dude but the reason i contine to try is because the game is so awesome its jut the bugs :( so far today ive made 4 brand new games/profiles and unloicked all the garages on each only for the bugs to happen :(

im liking it here on this post cuz people at last can see the world of a gamer, its not always about game some complaining frustration and drugs is always a strong possibility :D

EDIT::::::::woohoo started another new profile and this time the police bug :D no sound from them chasing me and not appearing on the map but as soon as the 3 badge hit doesnt matter if ur speeding off u still get the fine :)

is there any bugs which i havent had yet? if so list them so i know what to expect next

Put the DVD away, dont run it until you get the patch.

Thats what Ive done, why frustrate yourself when you know there are problems you can do nothing about?

cuz the game itself is so uber thats the thing its true what they say in life, pleasure is always followed by pain, and from what ive been reading in the forums its like atari doesnt deserve to have their name on a game like this, all i keep hearing is people sending mails and never getting a reply.

dude relax - breath in and out, find your karma. some of your complain about arent bugs. the police are programmed to be like they are, etc etc

some might not even be game related, might be compatibilty issues, etc.
