... if Le Mans on a faster machine than my 200MMX and Voodoo Banshee runs the same in race mode as in testing. Speed when you go testing in a card on my machine is far too quick, ie 1 second does not equal a second feeling like you do 300mph on the track!
Thanks a lot for any replays
Simon
Hi Simon
I have the same awfoul problem with a PIII 450 voodoo 3 3000.
I'm sure the created the circuit half long than reality so they made the time runnig at double to give you the impression of make a real lap. I wote to Kev asking some explanations but he didn't answer me.
I'm disgusted ( ? read I really really don't like it... I don't find the vocaboulary now)

It's so shame they don't put the whole track... especially when you see the quality of details reproduction along the track (houses, security rail, even trees are the same as in Le Mans). I don't know if one day, Eutechnyx has modelised all the track in real length or if the fact the track isn't long enough is due to Infogrames pressure to get the game out !

Maybe it's the time which is compressed? I've noticed in the intro movie from in-car shots that the cars are turning rather slow in that 90deg corner. Maybe it's just time, to make driving a bit harder?
