Here we go - we all - or most of us - complained about the darkness setting and I found some soloution to this problem .
This is intended for the ones who can just get not past the night-time individual races .
I would not suggest to use this together with the actual 24 hours race , because it would just spoil it .
Currently I dont have the time to get into the code's of the game so I dont have some simple adjusting of values at hand , but a solution anyway .
No this might not be a straight-forward cheat you enter somewhere during the game but it is still cheating .
O.K. enough now and to the fact's :
1. I would suggest you make a backup of the following folder " ...Le Mans 24 Hours / Data / Colour "
2. In this folder you find the colour settings for the tracks
3. The important folders are " 19-20 " & " 24-33 "
4. Delete this files
5. Now right click on track.co1 and select copy
6. Paste this copy , so that you replace the deleted files and rename this copy to the file-name which you deleted i.e. track.co19 and repeat this step untill you got all files from 19-20 & 24-33 back in this folder with the difference that the above deleted and replaced files have now the value of file track.co1
7. this means for you that the cover of darkness is now lifted but you still have quite havy rain to keep at least some difficulty .
8. To restore the original files just copy your backup back into your original file and everything will be as before .
