Atari just announced that Alone in the Dark 5 will release on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC sometime this November mdr1 If you aren't familiar, Alone in the Dark is set in present day New York where you head off to investigate paranormal activities relating to the afterlife in a very Resident Evil kind of way. Although seeing as Q5 of this year is boasting titles like, GTA IV, Halo 3, Assainss Creed and CoD4. Is this really a good time to release Alone in the Dark ? Maybe a slight delay or even an earlier release date ? I'll still buy the game if it's out Nov... but how many other people will ? :laugh: Longest post I've made in ages

Oh, Nwata, I've seen some bits and pieces that really set this new chapter in the series as a step above anything. No competition ;)

I'll make sure you'll be one of the first ones to be at Atari as soon as they open up the locked doors ;)

-Posters
-Gamerpics for 360
-A 360 theme maybe
-Additional content (like clothes)
-A new pair of underware, alot of players will need this seeing how scary it will be
-DVD :nuts: Things that didn't make it into the final game or/and interview with devs
-Coming soon titles from Eden (previews) Cough*Test Drive Unlimited 2*Cough :p

All I can think of right now :)

Great news, My collection of pc games is missing a sweat spot that this would fill at the moment. Still some time to go till november but these dates do creep up quickly.

Has there been any news on any type of Multiplaying on this.
Might sound like a silly thing to ask for this Genre of game but thinking back to one of the Resident Evils they did (Can't remember the exact name) they did a Multiplayer side to it.

Thumbs up trailer looks great.
