I feel that to be very insulting, haven't ATARI said firstly that the patch will be out on may?Yes, they did, they CONFIRMED it will be for may.
then they said it would be for mid-June, we are the 24th of June right now...
what's the problem with you?you could be sorry for that!!
is it a way to treat ppl that have bought your game?(as buggy it is^^)
I know that you will all say to me to shut up and stuff, and I just don't care,
it's really serious, don't say things if you don't trust them...
I've got some more thins to say, but in order to stay a minimum polite, I won't say.

I agree, i can't believe that it is still not out yet. I really need it as well, without, my game crashes before i can even get a rental!

Oh god. Just another topic on the delayed patch. I do still believe the patch will be there soon, so just sit tight and wait.
But then what the hell do you guys want?? A patch that is still buggy so you can again bash on Atari for releasing a buggy patch? Or do you want a good working patch that resolves all the major problems there currently are in TDU for PC?
Well, I'm happy to wait a few more weeks if it takes so much time to release a good working patch.

Did Atari state that they needed more time? No, The_Mole did. As far as I know Atari never commented on an ETA for the TDU patch. But I would guess that they want to be certain that they release a patch that is working perfectly. TDU for PC was obviously released without some good testing as it contains a lot of serious bugs (I'm also have to bear with them). Atari knows about the bugs, and Atari knows how angry all the TDU PC players are. So my guess would be that they want to make sure the release something good.
If the would release a patch that does not solve all the serious issues then I would be very angry with Atari.
For know I just wait. I can play, be it with some irritation every now and then. And yes, they got my money too, and I hope that is an inspiration to them so they are motivated to please the TDU community.

Serisly you people need to stop saying "would you like them to release a patch with bugs that you will blame them for" there are ALWAYS going to be bugs even if they test this patch to hell it will still have bugs.
My god would you stop trying to defend them its clear that they are NOT communcating atall with the community and are not sticking to their dates. If we hit July and still no patch thats 5-6 months without a patch sry but nobody can say thats not unacceptable. Yes this would be a standered for a mmorpg but then again they add new content that can totaly change how the game works. I have lost totaly interest in TDU and not even installing it on my new supped up pc till they get this patch out.

But you are right, it seems the patch has no priority for Atari.

CRYSIS IS THE ANSWER TO OUR PROBLEMS - there delayed my game again for 2weeks, I just want crysis... No longer interested in TDU patch...

Yes you are correct they seem to make out that the patch is not a priority and that may be due to them going onto doing another project. An example of the outcome look CoD2 they had theirs fan in a outrage as they went on holiday instead of doing a patch and when they did they only made 2 and droped the game, ignoring the fans.
TDU-RAZOR yep they are a true dev team that all devs should follow in their footsteps, i have been in the moding community for Far Cry for yrs now and Crytek have the best community support as they give details about the patchs and they are always deep in the community.

and one more thing, if they make players pay for new stuff (like on the 360) I think I'll really go mad...I know it's normal, but after all the PC players have had to stand...sure they'll give us 2 cars, but, in my opinion, that's not enough, maybe that will be, if they give us a marvellous patch, but as I know Atari, it wouldn't be so fantastic, just remember boiling point, a game with a lot of potencial, but which is full of bugs....I hope you guys won't do the same error!

oh wait dont always blame the devs, most of the time the devs work their buts off but the publishers can be evil and boiling Point was an example of this oh and look it was published by Atari. sry but i gtg back to Crytek, Crytek i a strong company and stand up for what they believe the game should be like for their fans, they will not let a publisher such as EA boss them around and Crytek said that at the start of going public that they will NOT be pushed about.
So i hope the devs take a stand and get this patch out.

to be honest, I agree with both of you Br3Ak3r and xxstalker24xx, but also consider it this way, think back with SWAT4, EA just dropped it completely, still buggy. would you want atari to do the same ?
its a thin line we walk, our grievances should be heard, but at the same time, they shouldnt be overly loud :)
