rally masters site doesn't work

Me and my friends cannot see the rally masters website as it should appear.
We get errrors like "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator".
What can we do about this?

Yeah, it's been doin thios for a long time... I can't load the site with Netscape nor IE.....
