I agree. But you can change camera angle in Shin Buokai 2.

Don't you mean Spike®? Atari® is just a simple publisher, they don't ''design'' the game; that's Spike®'s doing.
However, I agree that there should be a Dragon Ball® Z Tenkaichi game for the Playstation®Portable & add Super Dragon Ball® Z for the Playstation®Portable too.

PS: Dimps® designed the Dragon Ball® Shin Budokai series.
