FNS Pass, HC ONLY

I decided to create a challenge in the diner to see what times we get in the pass which is basically ours hence the name of the challenge tonguegre

I set a test drive time of 3"53 but that should be easily beaten because I came off the road. Its free to enter but there is no prize money.

Hardcore mode and no driving aids only, enjoy! :)

Not a chance, I came so close to losing control so many times on my attempts at a good time. I think it's possible to go faster but not by more than a second or two.

Me 3'57"20 and thats at my fastest time i can manage...

i know u know im suffering from FPS lag but this 22 second diff with out crash and flat out is moronic.

How on earth do u drive this so fast as when u drive it on our cruises im no more than 500yards if that behind.. and plz dont tell me u guys "just crusing up" because i wont beleve u as i know of ur competitve natures. :(:(:(

Man im pissed at this.

Am i really that S**t or am i missing a trick coz im in HC mode no aids and Manual gears and that time is rediculous.

Edit1 : Id love to see a video of this run or one to match it.

I might be able to get 5 seconds back, but with no aids the cars I love to drive are no good around the pass except the noble..

I'll try a FRAPS, but it crucifies my framerate. Any vid would therefore NOT be of an ideal run.

I posted one on youtube, 4mins or so with normal traffic. It's somewhere on the main thread.

Take out the traffic, add in a bit more agression, a bit more experience and subtract 20 and a bit seconds to get my posted time.

I do "cruise" the hill at a good pace, but I am always VERY conservative with my braking and acceleration 'cos I DON'T WANT TO CRASH AND MAKE A FOOL OF MYSELF ON MY FAVOURITE ROAD! (There, said it!)

What we REALLY need to try is the rumour the in-club racing works from clubhouses if you refresh the intra-club events list often enough.

Cursed by loss of FPS so about 6 or 7 seconds slower than my best time, but still pretty quick. Hope it helps!
